Serving as the firm's Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Gabriel Adam Quezada has established himself as one of the youngest, top producing mortgage loan originators in the nation. Gabriel's origination style places a strong emphasis on product knowledge and consumer education.

Gabriel helps oversee the day-to-day mortgage lending originations including credit risk, capital markets, and wholesale relations. In addition to the firm's history of originating full documentation Government and Conventional products, Gabriel revolutionized the firm's Non-QM and Private Money divisions. As an investor and entrepreneur, he recognized the opportunity to provide flexible and alternative underwriting styles in his make-sense approach to originations. These programs have helped thousands of families achieve the dream of home ownership and have helped investors close on transactions that otherwise would not have been possible.

Under Gabriel's leadership, the firm is consistently recognized in industry publications including Scotsmans Guide Magazine, NAHREP Top 250 Rankings, Mortgage Professional America (MPA) Magazine, and many more. Additionally, Gabriel has been recognized as a top 1% volume originator by United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM).

Gabriel is an avid investor with a passion for value-add, multifamily and distressed property acquisitions. He understands the importance of sound financial leverage with respect to real estate investment. Gabriel holds his Bachelor's of Arts in Public Policy and Pre-law from the University of Redlands. He is an alumnus of Damien High School in La Verne. Gabriel enjoys fitness, competitive sports, and spending time with his family.
