Andrew E. Quezada is the President and Founder of Prime Equity Mortgage. Andrew leads a topnotch team of loan officers responsible for originating a high volume of residential mortgages. Our team has helped thousands of families achieve the dream of home ownership and numerous investors to create a solid portfolio of cash flowing properties.

Guided by principles of integrity and professionalism, Andrew prides himself on product knowledge and his ability to stay involved with his client’s needs while facilitating all aspects of his transactions.
Backed by over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Andrew has established himself as one of the highest producing originators in the industry while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction. Supporting Andrew's mortgage originations is a world-class operation with extensive knowledge of underwriting, processing, client services, and a confident attitude that every loan must close on time.

As a dynamic investor himself, he is committed to providing knowledge to his clients about the importance of investing prudently and achieving financial independent, no matter the age. Andrew maintains active memberships in Sam’s Real Estate Investment Club, LA County Real Estate Investor’s association, Apartment Owners Association, and the Cal Poly Pomona Real Estate Research Council (RERC).

Andrew holds a dual bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in Economics/Finance and Real Estate Law (FRL). Over the years, Andrew has received numerous honors for his business activities. Most recent accolades include a national ranking in Scotsman Guide Magazine as a Top Mortgage Originator, Top 250 National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Mortgage Loan Originator, United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) Top 1% in California and UWM National Top 1% Partner.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, dining, interior design, real estate investment and travel.
